Upon order confirmation, an email is sent to the registered email address containing all order details. Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is provided.

BuySnus.eu is not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information that do not reach you. Make sure to add the name that is on the mailbox to your address! You have a few different shipping methods to choose from: UPS and The Swedish Postal Service (PostNord). The different alternatives and the shipping cost are presented during the order process in the checkout. (In some countries, it is not possible to ship with UPS at all or only with some of the UPS alternatives).

Identification is required upon receipt of the package. Tracking becomes available 24 hours after the order has entered the shipping process. Home delivery is the default option. A shipping confirmation email from DHL will provide further details, including the tracking number and options to adjust the delivery location (e.g., home, pick-up point, etc.).
Shipping costs are determined by package weight, destination country, and the selected shipping option. These costs are displayed during the checkout process.
If you are not satisfied with some or all products of your order, you can return them to us and receive a full refund for the products returned. For you to receive a refund, it is important that you inform us and ship the products you want to return within 14 days after you have received them. If you don’t inform us that you are returning the products, BuySnus reserves the right to deny your return of the goods.
You will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself. The products must be in their original condition when returned. If the products have been opened or in any other way are not in their original condition, they will be non-refundable. When a roll of nicotine pouches or nicotine-free snus is purchased, the plastic covering the roll is regarded as part of the original packaging. If the plastic is removed, moderately damaged, or opened, it cannot be returned to us.
