How old must I be to order from BuySnus?

To place an order at BuySnus.com, you must be 18 years of age or older, in accordance with EU regulations or the regulations of your country.

Do you have a minimum order limit?

We do not have a minimum order limit, and customers who wish to order just one can of nicotine pouches are welcome to do so.

I’m unable to choose a specific country when entering my address. Does this mean you don’t deliver there?

Unfortunately, if the country you're looking for isn’t listed in the BuySnus.eu country list, we are unable to deliver there. However, the BuySnus Shop Family is extensive!

Can I buy your products in a physical store?

BuySnus is an online store that sells nicotine pouches exclusively online. In-person pick-up is not available. Please place your order on our website: www.buysnus.com/eu.

Are the nicotine pouches really fresh?

We receive deliveries from the producer several times per week, so the pouches are always as fresh as possible. You can expect to receive fresh products with a best-before date typically one year from the production date.

Why can’t I order snus or American snuff?

At BuySnus.eu, you can order nicotine pouches, as these products are legally sold in the EU. American snuff is not available on the Swedish market, and Swedish snus cannot be sold to EU countries from Sweden due to a Swedish court decision from 2012.

How long do the products last?

Durability depends on various factors. Nicotine pouches can be stored at room temperature, but they last longer when kept in a cool and dark place.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t entered the shipping process. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the order for a refund. Please read more in the section titled Delivery Information.

How do I pay on BuySnus?

Once you have registered as a customer, you can pay in advance using:

How do you handle my credit card data?

We use Nets for secure electronic card transactions between your bank and ours. For more information, see the Secure Payment page.

I’m experiencing an error when trying to pay with my credit card.

Please check that you’re using a valid card such as Visa or MasterCard. If an error occurs, it could be due to a temporary issue with your bank’s connection. Try again later, and if the problem persists, contact your bank.

Also ensure you’ve entered your card number and CVV code correctly, without spaces. Make sure your card hasn’t expired and that your account has sufficient funds.

What is a security code (CVV)?

The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a three-digit number found on the back of your credit card. It helps protect against fraud and is only printed on your card.

How will you charge me?

All payments are made in advance via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Credit card transactions are securely processed via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with password protection.

How do I pay via bank transfer?

After placing your order, you'll receive an email with the necessary payment details within a few minutes. We will activate your order once the funds have reached our account—typically within 2–5 business days.

How do I pay with PayPal?

When paying via PayPal, you’ll be redirected to PayPal's site. Log in to complete the payment, or check out as a guest. Your payment will be registered shortly afterward, and your order will be processed as soon as possible.

I haven’t received an order confirmation or bank transfer instructions.

Please email us at eu@buysnus.com and we’ll resend the information. Check that your email address is correct in your account. If you didn’t receive the email, it could have ended up in your spam folder or your inbox may be full. Also ensure your email server was working when the message was sent.
