By entering our site and placing an order, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order at BuySnus, you enter a purchase contract and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase from BuySnus.
We may amend these terms of use at any time, and any revised version will be effective immediately once it has been published on our website. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order.
The sales contract is subject to Swedish law and becomes binding for both parties as soon as your order payment has reached BuySnus.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to buy tobacco products from BuySnus.com. By placing an order/accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are indicating that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. Please note that falsifying this information might be considered a felony, and attempts at falsification will be reported to the respective authorities.
Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. The warehouse operates on working days, Monday – Friday. The last parcel pickup is in the early afternoon. All orders placed after this will be shipped the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation. The shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until all products are available, and no partial orders are shipped.
All costs for your consignment, such as product costs, shipping charges, and VAT, will be clearly indicated for your order. The VAT will be indicated during checkout and within your order confirmation. BuySnus recommends all buyers stay informed on all active regulations in the country of import at the time of purchase that might concern any products purchased from BuySnus.com, by contacting the local customs authorities for information and advice.
Please note that all deliveries might be subject to inspection by customs, during which any package can be opened and examined, and that customs clearance procedures can add a few extra days to your expected delivery time. As an importer of the goods, you must comply with any regulations and laws of your country of destination, agree to all requests made by customs, and provide any documents they might ask for.
As soon as an order leaves our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control.
Any goods purchased that are not considered perishable products can be returned and refunded if you change your mind. You must notify us and confirm that you will return the products within 14 days after you have received the order. The products must be in their original package (e.g., original plastic), and the return shipping costs must be paid by you. We will refund the price paid for the returned products and the respective delivery costs you paid as soon as the package reaches us. Please note that we only refund the standard delivery rate (postal service and UPS Standard); you cannot receive a refund for any express rate (UPS Express and Express Saver).
You can cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once the items have entered the shipping process, an order can no longer be cancelled. Please submit any cancellation requests via our contact link above.
