At BuySnus.com we accept card payments from either VISA or Mastercard. Card payments are made by first choosing the type of card and then entering the credit/debit card number, the card’s expiration date and its CVV2/CVC2-code. We accept payments from several different currencies.
We use Nets for electronic card transactions, which guarantees that information such as credit/debit card numbers and signature codes are handled with high security. All transactions are sent through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer)-secured server with password protection. Nets handles all information strictly confidential, and your credit/debit card information is never shared with us.

Our internal system sends the transaction through a secure (encrypted) connection to a Nets server, and Nets then performs the authorization with the bank. Upon approval, the amount will be reserved on your account and upon shipping the amount will be settled.
To reduce the risk of credit- or debit card fraud, the cards from VISA and Mastercard have an extra code in addition to the regular credit/debit card number. This code is called Card Verification Value (CVV) for VISA cards and Card Validation Code (CVC) for Mastercard cards. These security codes are the three last digits of the number located on the back of your card, right next to the signature line.
Please check that the card you have used is either a VISA or Mastercard, that it’s not past its expiration date, that it has sufficient funds to complete the purchase and that it’s not a VISA Electron Card. Verify that the card information that you have entered is correct. The card number as well as the CVV (VISA) or CVC (Mastercard) code must be entered as an unbroken sequence (no spaces between the numbers).
If an error occurs even though you’re using the right type of card and have entered the correct card information, it could be a technical error that has occurred due to disturbances at one of the institutional serves involved. If you want to pay for your order by bank transfer, you can choose this option during the checkout process. Once you have confirmed and placed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation with the necessary information needed to complete the bank transfer to your registered e-mail address.
It usually takes 2-5 business days until your payment reaches our account, and we’ll process and ship your order as soon as our bank has confirmed your payment. It’s important that you pay all bank transfer fees at your end, and that you pay using the same currency that you selected when placing your order so that the complete order amount is credited to us.
If we don’t receive the full order amount, we have to reduce your order to the equaling product value and add an additional handling fee. If you’re experience issues making international bank transfers that hinders the full amount to reach our account, please contact your bank.
Please make sure that you add your order/bank transfer reference number that you receive with your order confirmation into “payment purpose” or “memo” field. This is needed so that we can match your payment with your order. A missing reference number might cause unnecessary delays.
Make sure to select SHA or OUR as bank wire option. We will otherwise reduce your order if we’re being billed for bank transfer fees other than those taken by our bank.
Your order will be activated, processed and shipped once our bank has confirmed your payment.
If your order remains unpaid for more than 14 days, we will cancel it and remove it from our system.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation with the details needed to complete the bank transfer, please contact us at info@buysnus.com and we will resend the order confirmation to your registered e-mail address.
The reasons why you haven’t received the order confirmation might vary. Please check that the e-mail address you have registered at BuySnus.com is correct, if not please update it as soon as possible. Other possible reasons behind this issue might be that your e-mail server was down when we sent you the e-mail. You should also check that the order confirmation hasn't been marked as SPAM. In some cases, if you have limited e-mail storage, it might have reached its limit.
