Here are some questions that customers frequently ask us. We hope that the answers are helpful to you. If your question is not here or you need additional information, you can contact us by using one of the e-mail addresses you will find under the heading Contact.

Credit card
How are you handling my credit cards data?
As a customer in our web shop you can feel secure, we use Samport payment service for the electronic card transactions between your and our bank. For more information see the menu Secure payment.
What is securite code - CVV2?
The Card Verification Number appears in the signature line on the back of your credit card. This number helps protect you from fraud because it is only printed on your credit card. (See the example below).
How do you charge me?
We accept payments in advance with either credit card or by bank transfer. All credit card transactions are sent through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer)-secured server with a password protection. A reservation for the money is made at the time of payment, then when the order is sent from us we will settle the payment.
Why does the price differ from time to time?
Our prices are based on the Swedish currency (SEK) and because the currency rates are constantly changing we are updating the exchange rate continuously according to the exchange rates from FOREX.

Freight
How is the shipping done?
1. You order your snuff on our home page. If you have any discount code or offer this is only valid for the first order. A discount code can never be used twice and only on whole rolls (maximum of three rolls).
2. You receive an order confirmation directly on the home page but we will also send you an e-mail confirming your order and planned shipping date, most often within 48 hours.
3. We will send your goods in one or several first class letters by regular mail on the basis of what you have ordered. The snuff will be packaged in a secure atmosphere. Orders up to four rolls are sent in padded envelopes that will protect the snus against damage. Orders with more rolls will usually be packaged in an atmosphere which is made of polyethylene film that is water, tear and puncture resistant. Both types of envelopes are also very light and will not bring extra cost for the packaging when you order.
4. We will send you an e-mail when your order has been sent out from our distribution centre.
5. The time of delivery is depending on the post office time of delivery and the postal service in the country where the goods are sent. An approximate postal service according to post office is within Europe 2-5 days, to USA 3-7 days and other countries 7-14 days.1
Is it possible to trace my package?
Unfortunately you cannot track your package because your shipments of goods are sent by the Swedish Post office in a first class letter, which do not have a reference number.
I have only received parts of my order, what have happened?
If your order is divided in several packages (is written on your order confirmation) is it possible that the packages for some reason have been separated and thus not arrive at the same time.
What import rules and duty regulations is applicable for my country?
We ask you to look into current import rules and duty regulations for your country, because we cannot assist you on BuySnus. Therefore are you as a purchaser responsible to find out the current import rules and duty regulation for snuff. The receiver shall pay any fees like duties and taxes and even here we you have a responsibility by our own. BuySnus shall not be liable for releasing or shipping replacement goods if they are seized in customs. Different countries have different duty regulations, for example one can just send 3 rolls to Australia and Switzerland.

Miscellaneous
What happens with my personal data?
We only use your data in purpose to perform your order so efficient as possible. You can therefore be calm that we will NOT give third part any data.
Is it possible to subscribe for snus/snuff?
In a short period of time will we offer this alternative.
Is the snuff really fresh?
So fresh as snuff can be 1-3 weeks after production date. We get the delivery directly from the factory when we get the order therefore we do not need to have a stock keeping. As a result you are always guaranteed to get perishable goods directly sent home to you wherever you are.
How is it with the durability?
Durability is a matter of many parameters that are difficult to prevail over. Our recommendation is to store the snuff dark and cold and because we in principal dispatch directly from the factory have any storage time at the retail dealer minimized to the outermost. An other tip is to look at the Rocker alternative, which have a hermetic closing that gives a longer use before date.
Could I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order this is possible until the time of shipping. After your order is sent it is not possible to cancel your order.
