The sale contract is subject to Swedish law and becomes binding for both parties as soon as your payment for the order has reached BuySnus.com.
To place an order at BuySnus.com, you must be 18 years of age or older (19 years or older for residents of Alabama, Alaska and Utah). We don’t sell our products to minors. Please note that due to the requirement of an adult signature, with “Adult 21” being the only option, shipments to the US might require an adult of at least 21 years of age to sign for the package, even though the content is declared and may legally be purchased at the age of 18 or 19. Most other countries that we ship to don’t differentiate between the age 18 and 21, this won’t therefore be an issue in those countries.

Our goal is to send your order to you as soon as possible. The shipping times depend on which shipping alternative you have selected and the destination country. Orders that are shipped with UPS won’t be dispatched until all products ordered are available in stock, no partial orders are therefore sent if you have selected one of UPS’s services as your shipping alternative.
Be aware that your consignment might be subjected to import taxes, duties and surcharges. These are usually charged once the shipment has reached its destination country. Any of these charges regarding custom clearance must be paid by you, the importer, since BuySnus.com has no control over these types of charges and can’t predict what they might amount to. When you order from BuySnus.com you’re considered the importer of the products, and you must comply with all laws and regulations that apply when it comes to the import of smokeless tobacco- and nicotine products in the destination country.
Some countries have restricted, and in some cases prohibited the import of tobacco and/or nicotine products. They may also require that you, the importer of the goods, hold an import license, even for private use. For further information please contact your local customs office. Laws and regulations vary from country to country, and BuySnus.com can’t provide you with any information regarding this matter. If you choose not to pay any potential import charges, customs will not release your consignment and we, BuySnus.com, will not issue a refund or send replacement products for your order, even if the order is returned to us. The same policy applies if you refuse to pick up your package, don’t collect it on time or if the order is seized or held by customs authorities due to a violation of the country’s import regulations.
Please note that a consignment subjected to inspection and opened by customs authorities due to customs clearance procedures may get a few extra days added to its expected delivery time. As the importer of the goods, you need to comply with all regulations and import laws of your country, agree to all requests made by custom authorities and provide any documentation they might ask for.
Once your consignment has left our distribution center, BuySnus.com can’t be held accountable for any delays caused by customs authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. Since our products are perishable and can’t be re-stocked and resold, if they already have been shipped once, we can’t and won’t accept any returns. This also applies if you change your mind after you have completed your purchase or if you have ordered the wrong product(s) by accident. It's possible to cancel your order if it has not entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process, cancelation no longer be possible. To cancel your order, contact us via our contact form or at info@buysnus.com as soon as possible.
